What is your lead time?

Our gift boxes are proudly made to order. Once you place your order, allow 1-3 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday.)

What are your delivery method?

We ship anywhere within Canada via Purolator (2-7 business days) and Fedex Economy (2-5 business days); within US, via USPS Ground (2-6 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-6 business days) and Courier Express (1-2 business days).We have curb side pick up option (no shipping cost) at our studio, 5310 89 St NW, T6E 5P9, Edmonton, AB.We also offer direct delivery within 20km radius from our studio address.*During peak season (eg Mother’s Day, Christmas, New Year etc), shipping may be delayed for up to 7-10 business days at some of the Canada Post and USPS facilities. Customers are advised to keep track of their orders to prevent last minute misdelivery or unexpected delays.*The shipping times are estimates provided by Purolator, USPS and Fedex/DHL and we are not able to guarantee delivery dates at any one time.

Do you include a receipt in the box?

Most gift boxes are shipped directly to the recipient, so we do not include any receipt in the shipment by default. Senders will receive an email confirmation upon placing the order and this will serve as a receipt. Please contact us for any issues, at jfgiftinc@gmail.com.

I just placed an order and am worried it won't arrive on time. Is it too late to upgrade to express shipping?

What is your return policy?

Do you offer custom gift boxes?

Yes, we offer customization for orders of 5 boxes or more.

Do you offer freepickup/local delivery in [City, e.g., Edmonton]?

We offer free curbside pick-ups from Mon-Fri 10.30 to 4.30pm. We are not open on weekends.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3–8 business days in Canada. Rush options are available at checkout.

Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses?

Yes. For multiple recipients, please contact us or use our bulk order form.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes, just include your gift message at checkout and we’ll include it at the back of the insert card.
