If for some reason your gift arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make it right.

We're happy to offer a replacement for any damaged items.

We have 30 days money back guarantee for any of our items/gift boxes. We are however, not able to accept returns for gift boxes with personalized items.
