Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase on all our Gift Boxes and sets. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
We know that to check for quality, you must open the box! We accept returns on all items, even if the box was opened, as long as the products inside have not been opened, damaged and/or used.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items that did not have any tags cannot be returned if they were used and have any visible signs of wear.
- Blankets cannot be returned if stained or washed.
- Perishable and/or edible products cannot be returned if opened.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- J&F Gift Inc will review your return 1-2 days after receiving it
- Upon confirmation that the return meets all requirements for a full-refund, we will credit the total amount paid back to your payment method
- A 15% restocking fee applies to returns
- If there are issues with the return, J&F Gift Inc will contact you using the email address you provided at the time of purchase
